• ...it was a bladder condition called Cystitis, it makes your bladder like chapped lips and it is very painful. None of the drugs helped me. Then a friend told me about Alfalfa. • I feel so much better when I take my Alfalfa Capsules, is there such a thing as taking too much? Bob W.  Suede Hills reply: They are just nutrtionally dense, naturally dried, organic green leaves! If you don't need to restict how much lettuce, spinach or broccoli you eat, then there is no need to restrict your Alfalfa intake either. The only thing that "too much" of any green will do to you is give you loose bowel movements, but then again, who doesn't need to "clean house" now and again!

• I was travelling abroad, I drank some bad water and had the runs.
