We took the capsules (pH Happy Caps) last night. To our surprise I tested 6.4 before and the morning after I was 8. One night wow! I went away for a few days, but I left the pH Happy Caps with my husband. He has Gout and he is a Diabetic. He had a hard time moving and he was sore all over. ...it was a bladder condition called Cystitis, it makes your bladder like chapped lips and it is very painful. None of the drugs helped me. Then a friend told me about Alfalfa. I took plenty of it in the beginning, and the symptoms went away...finally I had relief! I feel so much better when I take my Alfalfa Capsules, is there such a thing as taking too much? Bob W. Suede Hills reply: They are just nutritionally dense, naturally dried, organic green leaves! If you don't need to restrict how much lettuce, spinach or broccoli you eat, then there is no need to restrict your Alfalfa intake either. The only thing that "too much" of any green will do to you is give you loose bowel movements, but then again, who doesn't need to "clean house" now and again!

I was traveling abroad, I drank some bad water and had the runs.
